It is first our design team that will work directly with you to bring your vision into fruition. This may include all touches, whether to impart finality to an existing concept or create from love-and-athusiasm an idea. We also apply attention to detail to ensure that from selection of materials to final concepts, all is as you would have wanted.

Next part of the process comprises samples, whereby we start building a prototype with actual materials intended for final production and using, very much, similar methods. The sample gets sent to you for review and approval.

Should the sample be approved, our manufacturing facility, spacious with 10 or more new production lines, takes over- the creation of completed punching die molds, the test runs ensuring accuracy, preparing product process documentation, and setting up production orders. This is followed by the procurement and preparation of all required materials: the uppers, outsoles, insoles, shoelaces, and any other upper components. The ordered materials pass inspection and are received into inventory; we cut, match for stitching of uppers, and finally transfer the stitched uppers to the warehouse. Together with the outsoles, linings, and laces, the uppers are sent to the assembly line for final production. Finally, once the shoes are assembled, we finish with a quality inspection prior to final inspection before the shoes are stored in the finished goods warehouse.
